Terms of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to us that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Snuggly offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Snuggly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Finland and foreign countries.

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any legal laws; (b) impersontate any person or entity; (c) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Snuggly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
